On Wednesday a group of us from Vernier spent the afternoon on the build site. We all enjoyed being out of the office on such a lovely day.
Elaine & Debbie got some painting done for us.
Matt worked on installing drywall in house 8.
Ryan was multi tasking by cutting vinyl siding and helping me make heating vent hole covers so no one will accidentally step into the hole in the floor the heat ducting comes up into.
Jake was up on the scaffolding installing siding on house 5.
We all had a great day! Many thanks to the generous folks I work with for not only being willing to eat cookies to support Habitat, but also for being willing to get out onto site and work hard!
